We do this through a People Strategy partnership model that starts with a deep understanding of our business, our culture and our people.
As People Strategist, you will act as a strategic business partner across the business to build key people initiatives and partner with leaders on day to day people issues while working in a growing, fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be laser focused on understanding the business priorities, our culture and our people challenges as we scale. They will work to build solutions that will enable our employees to have the most productive and satisfying work experiences of their careers.
About the Role
As People Strategist, you will act as a strategic business partner across the business to build key people initiatives and partner with leaders on day to day people issues while working in a growing, fast paced environment.
In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the go-to People Strategy partner for the teams you support.
  • Be the people expert, working closely with managers and leaders as they work on growing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Partner with managers to proactively diagnose and communicate trends around people and team issues (ie engagement, retention, collaboration) and support the development of solutions to address them
  • Act as a coach and partner to managers to strengthen and support their skills in performance coaching, handling difficult conversations, get well plans and employee relations challenges (in compliance with local laws).
  • Partner with the People Strategy leadership team to drive the execution of the employee lifecycle - including performance management, merit and bonus planning, promotions and internal transfers and exits/terminations.
  • Deliver with a consistent focus on building a high-performing culture of growth and development through effective leadership, communication and feedback
  • Collaborate with the People Development team to help identify L&D needs, and monitor the translation of training and learning programs to on-the-job application
  • Work with the with People Strategy team and business leaders to help craft impactful employee initiatives are in line with and reinforce our company's culture and core values
  • Contribute to building and improving upon existing People Strategy data analysis to ensure the effective utilization of metrics to understand and solve business issues

  • Proven experience working in People Strategy/HR, Organizational Development, Talent Consulting or a related field

  • A natural problem solver
  • A natural influencer. People are comfortable around you, want to follow your lead and hear your perspective
  • Experience coaching managers, managing challenging team dynamics and building alignment through effective communication
  • Approaches challenges with a learning mindset - you are not afraid to try something different and learn from your mistakes
  • Is proactive, self-motivated and has a strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
  • Has an amazing attitude - personable, approachable, and always eager to help
  • Handles ambiguity well - actually thrives in it
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Experience working on a multinational/global level is highly advantageous.
