Hastings Deering (Australia) LtdAbout the RoleHastings Deering is seeking a People Services Administrator (known internally as an Advisor level) to join our friendly and supportive team at Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.
This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role where you’ll play an important part in providing day-to-day administration and support across our People and Culture function.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration, values attention to detail, and is looking to build a stable career in business and HR support.
In this role, you will:Provide general administrative support across the People and Culture department, including preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
Respond to internal employee queries, escalating to the right People Services specialist when required.
Assist with the maintenance of employee data and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support the preparation of reports, letters, contracts, and other People Services documentation.
Help coordinate activities such as onboarding, inductions, and general employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain filing systems, templates, and registers to keep information organised and up to date.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver timely and professional service to the business.

We’re looking for someone who is:
Organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable with administration and data entry tasks.
A confident communicator with good customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experienced in an administrative or office support role (HR exposure is an advantage but not essential).
Keen to build a career in administration and People Services.
A degree is not required for this role — what matters most is your willingness to learn, your reliability, and your ability to deliver accurate and timely support.
