People Reporting Analyst

About the role
We’re seeking a People Reporting Analyst to assist in the management of P&C reporting and analytics requirements by generating dashboards, reports and insights on key worker metrics to stakeholders across organisation.

Day-to-day, you will:
Facilitate data driven decision making through interactive Tableau dashboards and Workday reporting.
Assess and continuously enhance current strategic reporting solutions, considering the contemporary priorities and current business focus areas.
Analyse P&C reports and develop insights on trends and rationale for results being presented, including suggested action plans and improvement opportunities regarding workforce management.
Respond to ad hoc requests for worker data and insight.
Continuously challenge current state and find more innovative, efficient and effective ways to analyse and report P&C data to highlight key data patterns and trends
Collaborate with Continuous Improvement team to feed in identified data/process/system enhancements with a reporting and analytics lens.
Collaborate with audit partners, Data Enablement, Finance and other internal departments to provide insight and identify data/process/system enhancements with a reporting and analytics lens.
Upskill the P&C team and broader business to use the data, reports and analysis provided.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:
Strong working knowledge and experience of Tableau, Workday and Excel.
Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills within the Human Resources domain.
Ability to provide insightful analytics and commentary by transforming complex worker data from multiple source systems.
Excellent attention to detail, self-sufficient, highly motivated and driven to deliver on-time high quality reporting.
Proven ability to establish priorities and work to strict timelines, autonomously, or as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills coupled with the ability to work in an ambiguous and complex environment.
Working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow, Power Automate, Power BI and data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
Previous experience in data platforms and visualization along with automating reports is preferred.
Previous experience working across complex organisational matrices and/or in global/group environments; Two plus years of worker reporting/analytics experience
