At Cotton On, we put our people at the centre of everything we do and this role helps bring that to life. You’ll turn data into meaningful insights that shape decisions, support our leaders and ultimately create better experiences for our teams across the globe.

From workforce trends to key people moments, you’ll connect the dots, delivering clear, actionable insights that help us understand what’s working, what’s next, and where we can do better.

You’ll also play a key role in simplifying how we access and use data, building tools, improving reporting, and making insights easier for our teams to engage with day to day.

· Strong experience across people systems, insights or HR technology

· Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and system optimisation

· Confidence working across people, technology and business teams

· Ability to turn data into clear, practical insights that drive better decisions
