The People & Culture Coordinator supports HR initiatives, provides customer support, and assists with team tasks, reporting to the PaC Manager.
The People & Culture Coordinator will provide a hands-on approach to deliver key people initiatives, provide great internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. The incumbent will report to the PaC Manager and provide the necessary support for the team’s BAU tasks. They will also be the first point of contact in HR in the absence of the PaC Manager.
