We’re looking for a Payroll Project SME to bring expertise in one or more payroll systems; Preceda, Kronos, Chris21, Ramco, or ADA and play a key role in payroll transformation projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Your Role & Impact
- Optimise & Streamline Payroll Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement automation for faster, more accurate payroll cycles.
- Drive Payroll Transformation Projects: Support system migrations, integrations, and process redesign to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Navigate complex award structures, taxation, and superannuation regulations to mitigate risk.
- Lead Change & Knowledge Sharing: Train teams, create documentation, and drive adoption of new payroll solutions.
- Deliver Strategic Payroll Insights: Provide payroll analytics and reporting that influence decision-making at leadership levels.
Who You Are
- You have experience in one or more payroll systems (Preceda, Kronos, Chris21, Ramco, ADA, or similar).
- You have a track record of improving payroll operations through automation, compliance, and system enhancements.
- You’re comfortable navigating awards, enterprise agreements, taxation, and payroll governance.
- You don’t just identify payroll issues’ you create scalable solutions to fix them. You work well with HR, IT, and Finance teams, ensuring payroll functions smoothly across the business.
