The AI Training Facilitator will design and deliver AI learning sessions tailored to client needs, focusing on practical engagement and tool usage.
About Pathfindr
We're on a mission to help clients improve their business using AI today and prepare for tomorrow by empowering their teams to stay at the forefront of innovation. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals and realise the promise of AI-generated value in their organisations. They are the reason we love to work in AI, and we want to make sure they - and, most importantly, their people - are at the forefront of today's rapidly changing technology landscape.
The role
At Pathfindr, we help teams reimagine what’s possible with AI - but to start, we upskill organisations across AAPAC on how to actually use AI tools. Our AI Accelerators combine real-world tools, practical training, and hands-on support to help organisations embed AI capability at every level. Now, we’re looking for facilitators to help us deliver these programs with clarity, energy, and impact.
We’re looking for a curious, confident communicator who can turn AI concepts into lightbulb moments for teams. You’ll work with our frameworks, pathways, and expert team - then take the lead in shaping and delivering engaging, practical sessions to help achieve adoption. You will become an AI expert, be hungry to learn, comfortable in front of a room, and excited to help people actually use AI tools in their work.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene
Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
