Boomi is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive the building of the Boomi business in Australia and New Zealand.
The Boomi business is very reliant on Partners and the successful individual will need to work very closely not only with existing and new Partners but also with; Sales, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Services and General Management to ensure the success of Boomi, our Partners and our Customers in the ANZ market.
This role will primarily manage our large GSI Partners with a small number of local Partners as well. The suitable individual will enjoy the challenge of driving a market leading business like Boomi with these exciting Partners and to leverage all of the Boomi assets that are at our disposal.

This role will be working very closely with our Enterprise Sales Team in Australia and our Commercial Team on larger deals in that sector.
What you will achieve;
As a Partner Account Manager, you will work with your Partners to identify and qualify sales activities, strategies and business opportunities, all in the service of optimizing sales execution to maximise Boomi and the Partners mutual business and to drive positive outcomes for our joint customers.
You will:
- Work with our Partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities
- Manage the Partner relationship, engagement and achievement of joint objectives through the partner planning process
- Identify cost-effective and practical alternatives for the Partner(s) by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize our opportunity while meeting customer’s needs
- Work with our Sales teams to drive all lines of business, removing technical barriers, architecting business solutions and bringing forward new business
- Develop and implement strategies and sales campaigns for targeted accounts

Essential Requirements
- 10+ years of related field sales experience
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior level leadership and executives
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
