ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll own the execution and optimisation of always-on paid social campaigns across Cotton On Brands, driving revenue growth, ROAS and performance outcomes across multiple platforms.
Working closely with Brand Marketing, Creative and Digital teams, you’ll deliver high-performing, on-brand campaigns, support major campaign rollouts and provide insights and recommendations that drive continuous optimisation and commercial impact.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role with real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to directly influence business growth.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 3-5 years' experience in a performance marketing role, with focus on paid social media.
· Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other social platforms.
· Strong understanding of paid social campaign structures, audience targeting, and optimisation techniques.
· Demonstrated ability to drive performance outcomes including revenue growth and ROAS improvements.
· Experience testing creatives and scaling campaigns through data-led insights.
· Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations. GA4 experience
· Experience with tracking frameworks and analytics platforms, GA4 experience preferred.
· Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
