The Job

As the national Outbound Sales Specialist , you will be part of our Field Sales Team working from our Box Hill office. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by making proactive outbound calls to existing and potential customers, promoting our product range and campaigns, and supporting our field sales team by qualifying leads.

Your duties will include:

  • Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products and current offers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and converting leads into sales opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Supporting the field sales team by qualifying end-user leads and ensuring follow-up
  • Building strong customer relationships through professional and proactive communication

You will also have:

  • Proven experience in outbound or inside sales, call-centre sales or customer service with sales KPIs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with resilience to handle objections and meet targets
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail when maintaining records and following processes
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • CRM experience desirable (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
