This is a remote position.

Wonder Group is a growing group of businesses with three companies: St Trinity Property Group, Liviti and Wedded Wonderland.

Our businesses operate across property, investment, luxury weddings, travel, tourism, media and lifestyle, creating opportunities for customers, businesses and partners across Australia and internationally.

For this role, you'll join the Wedded Wonderland team, our global luxury destination wedding platform.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a confident, commercially driven Outbound Sales Associate to help grow Wedded Wonderland's partnerships and revenue.

This is a hunter role — you'll build your own pipeline, identify opportunities, start conversations, handle objections, follow up and close business.

You'll be selling across Wedded Wonderland's range of B2B, B2C, event, sponsorship, tourism and amplification opportunities, working with brands, venues, hotels, tourism boards and wedding businesses.

You won't be waiting for warm leads. We want someone who enjoys finding the opportunity and going after it.

  • You'll represent Wedded Wonderland's full suite of products, including:
    • Wedded World B2B – opportunities for businesses and brands to connect with our audience.
    • Wedded Concierge B2C – curated wedding, travel and luxury experiences for consumers.
    • Tourism Boards – destination marketing and tourism opportunities.
    • Amplification – media, content and promotional opportunities for brands and partners.
    • Our full product suite – identifying the right Wedded Wonderland solution for each prospect.
  • Prospect and generate new B2B and B2C opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls and start conversations with potential clients and partners.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Research businesses, brands, tourism organisations and potential customers.
  • Understand prospect needs and match them with the right Wedded Wonderland solution.
  • Present and sell our products and partnership opportunities.
  • Handle objections and confidently move conversations forward.
  • Follow up consistently and close opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline information.
  • Work towards clear sales and revenue targets.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partnerships.

Requirements What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, commercially driven salesperson who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and closing.

You’ll ideally be:

  • Proactive — comfortable creating your own pipeline.
  • Confident — strong on the phone and with decision-makers.
  • Resilient — comfortable with rejection and objections.
  • Persistent — knows when and how to follow up.
  • Commercially minded — focused on value, outcomes and revenue.
  • Target driven — motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
  • A closer — confident asking for the business and converting opportunities.

Sales experience in B2B, B2C, media, advertising, travel, tourism, hospitality or luxury is a plus — but a strong sales track record matters most.

Build Your Own Pipeline

You won't rely solely on warm leads.

You'll be expected to find and research your own prospects using LinkedIn, Google, social media, industry directories, databases and other prospecting tools.

If you can take a market, find the right people and start conversations from scratch, you'll thrive here.

What Success Looks Like

You won't rely solely on warm leads.

If you can take a market, find the right people, build a prospect list and start conversations from scratch, you'll thrive here.

Success is about turning conversations into revenue.

You'll be measured on:

  • Quality conversations
  • Qualified opportunities
  • Follow-up activity
  • Conversion
  • Sales closed
  • Revenue generated
  • New partnerships

The goal isn't simply to make calls. It's to create relationships, sell the right solution and generate revenue.

Benefits Why Join Us?

You'll be working at the intersection of luxury weddings, travel, tourism, events and media, with the opportunity to build relationships with exciting brands and businesses.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work with premium and luxury brands.
  • Build relationships across the wedding, travel and tourism industries.
  • Sell across B2B and B2C markets.
  • Work across events, sponsorships, media and partnerships.
  • Own and grow your own pipeline.
  • Develop your sales, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Work alongside teams across St Trinity, Liviti and Wedded Wonderland.
  • Make a direct impact on Wedded Wonderland's commercial growth.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
