We’re looking for an Outbound Account Executive to join our high-performing hospitality sales team in Asia-Pacific (APAC). This is a full-cycle role where you’ll build your own pipeline through prospecting, book meetings, and manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through to demo and close. You’ll be joining a fast-growing, innovative company that’s transforming how hospitality businesses connect with their customers.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Identify and engage high-potential hospitality venues across Australia, building a strong pipeline through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social).
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and act as a trusted advisor, positioning Lightspeed as a complete solution.
  • Lead pricing discussions and negotiations to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate CRM data for forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success and business growth.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve performance.
What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Prior experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, re-engaging leads, and converting conversations into meetings.
  • Ability to forecast pipeline and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Proven track record of high performance in previous sales roles.
  • Strong motivation to grow your career.
  • Experience with Salesforce and the hospitality industry is a plus (not required).
