Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the execution of orders and projects (management commercially) including cost management, claims, revenue planning, cash flow, and coordination of all teams for technical issues, execution, delivery, quality, risk management, Health and Safety, payment etc.

  • You will be responsible for the execution of warranties or failures as part of the project together with the customer and all other Service departments and feeder factories or other Service Centre's and responsible for project meetings and negotiations with customers (internal & and ex-ternal), such as FAT, Kick-off Meetings, Customer Training, and Closing Meetings.

  • You will be responsible for activities such as up sales, and change orders, together with Sales, SCM, Controlling, Legal, etc and responsible for optimizing projects towards the cost, Net Working Capital, cash flow, COPQ, payments and overdue.

  • You will collect feedback from customers (NPS Process), develop a project schedule and freeze with respective stakeholders (internal and external)

  • You will be responsible for the storage of all project-related data in the organized and compliant storage system.

Your background:

  • You hold engineering degree (electrical or mechanical).

  • Required 3 years of experience in technical for GCB/GIS or TR.

  • General knowledge and a little special knowledge for GCB/GIS or TR.

  • Team operation skill to proceed troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage.
