Now, about this opportunity…

This Melbourne-based role plays a key part in supporting, governing and continuously improving Judo’s Oracle Fusion ERP environment following a recent implementation.

Working from our Queen & Collins office in Melbourne CBD with hybrid flexibility, you'll partner closely with Finance, Technology and Operations stakeholders to ensure Oracle continues to deliver reliable, efficient and well-governed outcomes across core finance processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day system support with continuous improvement initiatives. This role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, partnering with stakeholders and supporting a live Oracle Fusion environment, while contributing to ongoing enhancements and improvements.

If that excites you, this just might be your dream job:

  • Strengthening financial controls, streamlining processes and improving reporting outcomes
  • Identifying and solving complex business and system problems that deliver measurable value
  • Supporting the ongoing evolution of Judo’s Oracle capability as the organisation continues to grow

Qualifications

You’ll likely bring:

  • 5+ years' experience working with Oracle solutions, including Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and/or OIC.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining Oracle Fusion within a live production environment
  • Experience across the ERP lifecycle, including implementation, support and continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, particularly General Ledger and Accounts Payable
  • Experience analysing processes, improving controls and governing system changes
  • Strong SQL, reporting and data analysis skills
  • Experience managing incidents, troubleshooting issues and supporting business users
  • The ability to balance BAU support with enhancement and optimisation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across Finance, Technology and Operations
  • Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated environment (desirable)
  • A collaborative approach, strong ownership mindset and passion for continuous improvement

If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply – your experience, mindset and potential matter to us.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
