JOB TITLE: Operations & Transport Coordinator

Overall Mission: The Operations & Transport Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and transport allocation across VIC, SA, and WA. This role involves training and developing team members, supporting executive-level management, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining these relationships and facilitating the successful execution of tasks.

Main Contribution
1. Safety:
● Ensure adherence to and exceed Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RACA) guidelines, focusing on SOP implementation, training, and development.
● Oversee the upkeep and safe operation of all transport equipment, including vehicles, packaging materials, safety equipment, cool rooms, pallet racking, and more.
● Enforce and promote safe work practices for all transport-related activities.
2. Operations:
● Manage all operational and administrative functions across VIC, SA, and WA regions.
● Provide daily support to the executive team while actively training and developing team members to foster a high-performing work environment.
● Coordinate project administration to ensure alignment with business objectives and achievement of targets.
● Handle account management and stakeholder engagement to ensure strong relationships with key partners and clients.
● Supervise the preparation and dispatch of all outbound freight, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
● Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to maintain operational efficiency.
● Collaborate with the operations team to assist in daily packaging preparation and other warehouse activities.
● Undertake additional tasks deemed necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.
