Working within the Clinical Operations Team, the Operations Specialist is accountable for:
• Supporting initiatives to assess and improve the quality of systems and processes supporting clinical services, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: provide insights and recommendations for improvements in effectiveness and efficiency from clinical operation reporting
• Stakeholder communication
• Mandate and support Continual Quality Improvement methodology.

Stakeholder Engagement and communication

  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration in standard operating procedures impacting service delivery and Provider management

Continual Quality Improvement Projects

  • Identify, lead, and participate in quality improvement projects, ensuring timely implementation and effectiveness
  • Facilitate and support cross-functional teams in achieving quality improvement goals.
  • Monitor and report on the resolution of operational issues and the implementation of improvement initiatives.

Quality Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Support and maintain quality performance metrics and reports.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of project initiatives and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and standards.
