A supporting role within the Operations Team requiring many different elements of skill and attention to detail. Joining on an initial 10-month contract, you will support the Australian business for Consumer Complaints and Customer Service, as well as support the delivery of locally repacked products. In addition to this, you will work accordingly with all relevant internal and external business partners as required and will also be involved with ad hoc Operations continuous improvement projects as they arise.

Job Description

SUPPLY PLAN & LOCAL REPACKING

  • Support Supply Planner to manage all aspects of local repacking operations for locally repacked SKUs, working closely day-to day with our packing supplies, local repackers, and 3PL.
  • Coordinate all interstate stock transfers.
  • Complete all related SAP system work, particularly minimizing any stock discrepancies between local repacker and Red Bull systems to ensure our systems are accurate.

CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

  • Support consumer complaints process for Australia.
  • Record and report consumer complaints to HQ via workbench.
  • Communicate and provide consumers with feedback on the HQ Quality team’s findings.

PRODUCT QUALITY

  • Ensure quality reports are up to date and sent through to Austria.
  • Coordinate monthly field sample analysis for quality testing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Support Customer Service in monitoring, allocating and following up all enquiries through designated inbox.
  • Processing orders in SAP.
  • Investigating delivery enquiries and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with 3PL on enquiries and issues.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

  • External stakeholders - build strong day to day working relationships and processes with local repacking partner, our 3PL, and packaging suppliers.
  • Internal stakeholders - build trusted relationships with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance Team stakeholders.
  • Provide Business partnering support on various other Finished goods and Continuous improvement projects across all relevant functions and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Mid-level experience in Operations (FMCG experience preferable, but not essential).
  • Good time management and multitasking skills, along with a strong attention to detail.
  • Analytically minded with proven ability to conduct, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Self-motivated team member with strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution.
  • Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) and of consumer platforms (preferably Zendesk).
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills.
  • Interest in Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain issues and trends.
  • Dynamic & energetic team player able to meet deadlines.
