This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of something new! We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Operations Executive to lead and streamline the end-to-end management of our marketing campaigns and projects. 

Sitting within the Marketing team, this unique role will have you leverage your Project Management skills and experience across Operations at Easygo, including Stake.com and Kick!

Your Role with Us:
This role is all about bringing the Easygo brand to life. Following our recent brand refresh and with the latest release of our company values, we need someone who can take charge and build a strong, consistent presence for Easygo.

This role is pivotal in ensuring each marketing campaign aligns with our company goals and is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. As a core bridge between our marketing teams and stakeholders, you’ll drive operational efficiency, ensure effective communication, and maintain the integrity of our brand across all marketing initiatives.

What you will do:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop clear, comprehensive project plans for marketing campaigns, detailing objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead project kick-offs to align team members with campaign goals, key roles, and requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of project execution, optimising resources, tasks, and timelines while proactively addressing potential roadblocks.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, project stakeholders, and relevant departments, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Organise and facilitate regular project updates, status meetings, and feedback sessions to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations proactively, maintaining alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.

Project Health Monitoring & Risk Management:

  • Track ongoing project health, anticipating risks or issues and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor metrics like timelines, budget adherence, and resource allocation, providing regular performance updates.
  • Adjust projects as needed, ensuring changes are communicated to all relevant parties.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets in collaboration with finance to monitor costs and optimise resource allocation.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring productivity and quality remain high within budget constraints.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

  • Oversee the creation and organisation of project documentation, including briefs, plans, timelines, and post-campaign reports.
  • Conduct thorough post-project evaluations, gathering insights to inform future improvements and best practices.

Process Optimisation & Best Practices:

  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, enhancing overall team efficiency and project delivery.
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations team to optimise processes, improving resource allocation and minimising redundancies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet Easygo’s quality standards, brand guidelines, and creative objectives.
  • Conduct final reviews of campaign materials to verify alignment with the creative brief and brand messaging.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a fast-growing or high-demand environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with a successful record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and prioritisation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of marketing processes, with the ability to align project goals with broader business objectives.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
