We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to help keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. This is a role for someone who is both highly organised and naturally proactive, who can balance multiple priorities with ease. You’ll bring experience from a work environment where attention to detail, problem-solving, and relationship-building are essential.
The right person for this role is a natural organiser, eager to learn, and committed to creating operational discipline across our company. You’ll be someone who adapts easily, stays calm under pressure, and leads by example — bringing humility, curiosity, and professionalism to everything you do. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our team, while continuing to grow and evolve your own skills and experience.
What You’ll DoAs our Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Operational Excellence: Provide essential administrative and operational support, bringing creativity and polish to slide decks, coordinating engaging in-person and remote events, managing the company calendar, and overseeing meeting logistics.
- People Team Support: Partner with the People team to support recruitment processes, and deliver seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Finance team with day-to-day tasks such as handling mail, organising hardware for new joiners, and staying on top of audits and reviews of collateral and materials.
- Team & Leadership Support: Anticipate the needs of leadership and team members, proactively addressing challenges before they arise.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive connections across teams, acting as a trusted point of contact and support.
- Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to resolve issues quickly and effectively, keeping things moving forward.
- Adaptability & Growth: Continuously learn and adapt, applying new skills quickly and effectively to support evolving business needs.
- Role Modelling: Demonstrate our values by leading with humility, respect, and a “go above and beyond” mindset.
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 role; it's perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. If you're excited by new challenges and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on team outcomes, you'll find this role both exciting and rewarding.
This role is designed for someone who brings the right attitude and a strong growth mindset, even if you don't have extensive workplace experience. We prioritise passion and engagement over pre-existing technical skills.
The perfect candidate will be someone who:
- Loves to learn: You're a keen learner and see opportunities for growth everywhere.
- Thrives on variety: You embrace a dynamic work environment with frequently changing priorities and contexts.
- Enjoys creating moments: You're excited by the idea of organising engaging experiences for our team.
- Values collaboration and autonomy: You want to be part of a team with a flat structure that promotes freedom of thought, where you can work both autonomously and as a strong team player.
- Is proactive and organised: You're a self-starter who loves to learn and act, rather than wait for instruction. You're highly organised but can also adapt quickly when priorities shift.
- Can see the big picture and the details: You're able to "zoom in and out," understanding both the broad goals and the specific tasks.
- Embraces flexibility: You're comfortable working both from our Richmond office and remotely from home.
