The ideal candidate will manage contracts, handle credit memos, and assist in enhancing revenue assurance procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments and external partners.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate records of agreements and contracts with clients and vendors and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. 
  • Process invoicing for recurring services and issue credit memos as required. Issue credit memos as required 
  • Assist in addressing and resolving billing disputes with clients and vendors. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes to enhance revenue assurance procedures. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes to enhance revenue assurance procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as needed. 

What You'll Bring:

  •  Previous experience in an administrative or operations role. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively. 
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (desirable).
