About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Business Improvement team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality client reporting and supporting continuous improvement across our Operations function.

Your Responsibilities
Complete daily operational tasks and reporting checklists
Produce client reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly and annual)
Respond to reporting and operational queries from internal stakeholders
Provide administrative support to Delivery team for business led Projects
Support process improvement opportunities to create scale
Maintain self-service tools and operational reporting for internal teams
Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and operational standards
About You
Experience in an operations role, ideally within financial services
Strong interest in data and reporting
Proficient in Excel, with interest in Tableau/Power BI
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage recurring tasks
Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce (preferred but not essential)
