The Oncology Biosimilars Sales Specialist educates healthcare providers about biosimilars, builds partnerships with hospital networks, and delivers data-driven insights to enhance patient care and foster brand loyalty.

The Biosimilars Sales Specialist (BSS) will have a variety of responsibilities, ranging from representing Pfizer's monoclonal antibodies and supportive care biosimilars to healthcare providers and specialists, to educating members of the healthcare community regarding the appropriate use of these products, to building partnerships with major hospital IDNs to improve patients' experience with Pfizer products, as well as the overall quality of patient care delivered.
The BSS plays a critical role in increasing Pfizer's brand with high-value target customers by linking an insightful assessment of the account and/or business landscape with a strong understanding of Pfizer's products and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Representation: Represent three monoclonal antibodies (Zirabev, Ruxience, Trazimera) and three supportive care biosimilars (Nyvepria, Nyvestym, Retacrit).
- Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on biosimilar utilization, educating healthcare professionals (HCPs), pharmacy directors, and C-Suite executives on our contract offerings as well as the value proposition for the biosimilar portfolio
- Partnership Building: Build and maintain partnerships with major hospital Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) in the United States and Puerto Rico.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools to deliver data-driven insights that support Portfolio and target opportunities.
-Partners with Internal stakeholders ( cKAD/NAD) to drive pull through of GPO and direct contracts with customers
- Primarily engage with customers virtually from a dedicated Pfizer site (Tampa) with Hybrid travel to engage with customers based on the business objectives and needs.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and embrace new ways of working in a rapidly changing environment.
- Possess the ability to work in a matrix environment and to leverage multiple resources to meet customer needs and deliver results.
- Promote a broad portfolio of products, contracts and portfolio offerings

Key Competencies and Skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution with at least 2 years of previous Pharmaceutical Sales experience or minimum of 2 years of previous Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations; OR an associate's degree with 4+ years of experience
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
- Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
- Exceptional aptitude for learning and ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information to a wide range of customers.
- Demonstrated a high degree of business acumen.
- Proficiency using complex digital applications and being able to adapt to Pfizer's long-range technology model in bringing relevant Pfizer information to market.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a related field.
- Master's Degree.
- Pharm.D.
- Advanced Healthcare Professional (HCP) Degree.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $64,700 - $136,400. During initial new hire sales training, you will be classified as a salary non-exempt employee which entitles you to overtime pay.
