Purpose 

The Office & Employee Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional workplace experience across Hammer Technologies’ offices. This role combines operational excellence with a people-first mindset ensuring our spaces, programs, and events support productivity, engagement, and connection. You will lead initiatives that enhance our culture, coordinate key company events, and provide executive support where needed to deliver a seamless experience for employees and visitors alike. 



What You’ll Bring 

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar operational/people-focused role 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills you’re approachable, proactive, and love bringing people together 
  • Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail with a proactive and creative mindset for continuous improvement 
  • A passion for employee engagement, culture, and creating positive workplace moments 
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work with urgency when needed 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and general office tech 
  • A can-do attitude you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day office operations across ANZ and global locations to ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient workplace 
  • Partner with People & Culture and Operations to deliver memorable  and consistently engaging events such as Town Halls, Quarterly Business Updates, and celebrations that bring our team together 
  • Champion our employee experience programs –  from recognition and rewards to culture initiatives and internal communications 
  • Support workplace compliance and partner with IT and Facilities to keep our offices safe, tech-enabled, and running efficiently 
  • Oversee office amenities, travel coordination, catering, and vendor management to keep operations humming 
  • Support executives with scheduling, travel logistics, and key administrative tasks to ensure everything runs seamlessly 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the workplace experience and hybrid work setup
