Location: Full-time, on-site, five days a week at our NYC office in Chelsea.
Main Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
- Greet visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
Office Operations Support
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office environment.
- Coordinate meeting room setups and general workspace organization.
- Support health and safety practices in the office.
Vendor & Supplies Management
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, etc.).
- Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of facilities-related issues.
Employee Engagement Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of in-office events, celebrations, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive office culture.
Administrative Assistance
- Manage internal office-related requests from staff.
- Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Maintain office documentation and assist with onboarding setup for new hires.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant, front desk, or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a dynamic team.
- Comfortable being fully office-based in NYC.

The base salary range for this role is $40,000 - $55,000. There are a number of factors which affect what the specific pay offer would be for this role, including location, seniority, and relevant educational and working experience. This is base salary only – all full-time roles will also be eligible to take part in Genius benefits.
