Office Administrator – Melbourne
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Office Administrator to join our Operations team in Melbourne. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy supporting multiple stakeholders, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a respected insurance organisation.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping our office and operational processes running smoothly. Your day will include:
- Managing incoming calls and emails.
- Coordinating office supplies across multiple offices.
- Handling mail, deliveries, and general office logistics.
- General administrative support.
What You Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time‑management abilities.
- A resilient, adaptable approach.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across teams locally and interstate.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in administration or business.
- Experience in an administrative role (financial services experience is a bonus)
