Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist located in Sydney, NSW. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational accuracy, supporting business growth, and delivering exceptional service standards. What You’ll Do
Quotation, Order Processing & Invoicing
- Collaborate with Sales and product team to create accurate, customer-aligned quotes and process orders efficiently.
- Ensure all pricing, product details, and contract terms meet internal policies and customer expectations.
- end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a central link between Cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate smooth communication, alignment, and execution across all operational areas.
Timely Delivery & Service Excellence
- Ensure all operational commitments are delivered on time.
- Uphold exceptional accuracy and service quality in every interaction.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare detailed order, invoicing, and logistics reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
