We are looking for Networks Lead Southern Balkans who is managing presales and delivery activities for Networks for the Head of Sales Southern Balkans within Customer Unit (CU) SEE, who will report to the Networks CU SEE Head.
Networks Lead Southern Balkans will support Head of Sales organization with product and solution expertise on different levels in pre-sales, design, and delivery of customer projects, will position Ericsson as a technology leader and will secure that customer feedback is shared with Market Area organization.
This role is critical in ensuring the effective and seamless execution of Networks Solutions, providing technical leadership in presales engagements, delivering exceptional customer outcomes, securing contract execution in line with the expected financials target, delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both technical presales and services delivery, with a focus on Networks strategies that drive measurable value for clients.
What you will do
Customer Relationship Management• Act as main interface and driving force for managing all pre-sales and delivery activities and issues related to Networks Domain for the Head of Sales Southern Balkans.• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor on Networks solutions and strategies.• Position Ericsson as a technology leader and domain partner by ensuring that the customer CTO/CIO and other relevant organizations are aware of Ericsson's technology strategy, latest solutions, and their advantages.• Partner with the corresponding account team in CU SEE, Head of Sales Southern Balkans to facilitate and support strategic customer dialogues on execution and improvement topics spanning pre-sales, products, delivery, support, and operations, aiming to nurture upsell opportunities and establish a trusted advisory partner position.
Technical Cooperation and Development• Develop close technical cooperation through collaborative initiatives around technology development between CU SEE Network Solutions, Delivery Units, EMEA Network Service Lines, EMEA CSS (Cloud Software & Services) CU and Service Lines, BNEW (Business Area Networks), BCSS (Business Area Cloud Software & Services), supported by an adequate system of business governance and reviews.• Work with Sales and Network Solution teams to develop and build value argumentation and strengthen cooperation with relevant stakeholders to drive product requirements and Sales Programs.• Support CSR/CFR in specific technical issues and act as a champion in understanding the market for selected deals.• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide pre-sales technical support, ensuring that customers' needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable Networks solutions and techno-commercial value propositions.• Drive the execution of workshops and presentations to customers, addressing Networks requirements, technical challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Market Analysis and Knowledge Sharing• Analyze and present the offering market situation and competition and share knowledge and best practices in internal and external fora.
Delivery and Performance Management• Oversee the successful delivery of the Networks portfolio, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.• Ensure alignment on expectations and progress among multiple stakeholders for all activities related to their customer in the commercial and operational environment, to ensure the right level of risk management and focus on contractual deliveries.• Participate as a Steering Group member on behalf of the Head of Sales and Delivery organizations to secure financial performance to contracts with a focus on cash flow and margins.• Contribute to the simplification and development of processes, methods, and tools by creating and driving new requirements through the product life cycle management process, leveraging knowledge of customer experience.• Manage and mentor large project teams and the associated risk and performance against requirements in a complex environment.• Lead fulfillment excellence, securing firm execution against financial and operational targets.

Experiences• 7 years of experience from Telecom Network industry• 5+ years in leadership positions• 5+ years' experience as Service Delivery, KAM, or Pre-sales and / or Techno Commercial experience• At least 3 years of experience in technical role in service delivery, technical presales, or a related technical field• Strong technical expertise in Networks portfolio, tools, and technologies, along with a deep understanding of service delivery processes• Experience designing and delivering large-scale optimization solutions in complex environments• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving business results for clients• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively
