About the Role

To deliver and support automated network testing solutions by leveraging technical expertise across network engineering, software development, and infrastructure operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring robust and scalable test environments while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.

A key part of this role will be to work across multiple domains and their technology teams. A positive “can do” attitude to lead and work collaboratively and be a highly effective team player.

Key Responsibilities:

This is how you will bring the purpose of your role to life:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Landslide-based network test cases tailored to customer and internal requirements.

  • Engage with customers to gather requirements, refine test cases, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Manage Landslide infrastructure including provisioning, maintaining, and optimizing on-prem virtual machines.

  • Operate and evolve the supporting in-house infrastructure, primarily built with Docker containers running FastAPI applications on VMs.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance using observability tools like Splunk, New Relic, and PagerDuty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams using strong communication and remote working skills.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems, tooling, automation, and processes.

  • Maintain high standards of documentation, version control, and operational readiness.

About you

  • Hands-on experience with Landslide or similar network test platforms.

  • Strong understanding of network protocols, particularly in 4G & 5G core network domain.

  • Experience managing virtualized infrastructure (on-prem VMs) and Docker-based deployment workflows.

  • Proficiency in Python, especially with FastAPI.

  • Familiarity with MongoDB or other Database as a backend data store.

  • Exposure to front-end frameworks like NextJS (basic understanding acceptable).

  • Monitoring and observability experience with tools like Splunk, New Relic, and PagerDuty.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed team environments.

  • Familiarity with Robot Framework (nice-to-have).

  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote-first setup.
