Key Responsibilities:
Lead Enterprise Network Infrastructure management and supportAs part of global Tech Service Team, follow global IT strategy and aligned CAPEX/OPEX to drive end-to-end delivery of corporate network (30%) and retail network (70%) deployments (project size USD 50K ~ 1M) across Japan and Korea. Collaborating with cross-functional team and vendors, oversee network solution design, implementation, and commissioning of data center, office, branch and retail store network via Cisco, Fortinet and other relevant network platforms.
Ensure Network Reliability & Security OperationsAct as the regional escalation owner for high-priority network incident (P1~P3), collaborate with function team to drive incident resolving, root cause analysis (RCA) for and continuous improvement. Partner with global information security and infrastructure team on SIEM alerts, patching and upgrade for infrastructure/infosec compliance.
Vendor Management and Service ContractNegotiate and renew telecom, hardware and software master agreement to achieve cost-efficiency and industrial best practices. Evaluate vendor SLA performance and quarterly business reviews, driving service improvement.
Maintain Documentation & Knowledge TransferDevelop and maintain up-to-date network diagrams, configuration baselines, and operational runbooks. Conduct regular training sessions with local IT & Business teams and external partners.
Support Onsite Assessments & Continuous ImprovementPerform site visits to head quarter office, branch office, factories, and retail locations to identify network bottlenecks and recommend enhancements. Propose innovative solutions leveraging Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Zscaler, SD-WAN, or automation tools to improve scalability and user experience.
Provide 24x7 Operational ReadinessBe contactable at night, weekends and holidays in the event of a major incident/outage/regular IT/Business critical meeting.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Language: Business-level English and Japanese language in writing and speaking. (Chinese or Korean speaking is plus)
Minimum 7+ years of enterprise network experience including 3+ years leading projects
Hands-on Cisco and Fortinet experience within the recent 5 years, CCNA / NSE4 or above, CCNP is preferred
Familiar with MPLS, IPSec VPN, L3 routing & switching, L7 security, Wireless LAN Network
Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Intune (BYOD) and relevant solutions
ITIL v4 foundation, ServiceNow ITSM work knowledge
Experience managing telecom carriers in Japan and Korea is plus
Experience in luxury and fashion international companies is plus
