The National Relationship Manager – Partnerships is responsible for supporting and driving growth, focusing on strengthening and nurturing existing partner relationships while identifying and implementing new opportunities.
The National Relationship Manager is accountable for partner onboarding and implementation, developing and executing programs that enable novated leasing, managing partner activities, and providing regular reporting on outcomes and successes to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Relationship Management – be the primary contact and maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships with key OEM, dealership, and membership partners.
- Growth Enablement – support the onboarding of new partners while also being able to develop and implement new initiatives and novated leasing programs
- Program & Activity Management – manage partner-related activities, campaigns and initiatives to achieve agreed outcomes
- Reporting & Insights – monitor performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, sharing insights and market intelligence
- Collaboration & Influence – work with closely with internal MMS stakeholders ensuring seamless partner deliver which includes campaign management, contract and database management, monitoring and optimising lead generation channels and technology-enabled continuous improvement

To be considered for this role you will have:
- The demonstrated ability to understand the Partnership network
- Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in contributing to the development of sales strategies and plans.
- Proven sales and relationship management ability, including communication skills, negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex product knowledge and concepts into easily understood concepts
- Ability to drive initiatives for improving lead generation and sales results
