The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) of Robert Bosch provides one of the most complete product portfolios globally. The Automotive Aftermarket division also encompasses the Bosch Service Centre network, which offers a complete range of diagnostic and repair services along with a wide range of spare parts.

Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic individual to join us as a National Franchise and Operations Manager. This is a permanent full-time role ideally based at our head office in Clayton, Melbourne.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse the market and existing network for potential development of a Bosch Car Service (BCS) network
  • Define value proposition and commercial conditions of networks based on market conditions
  • Monitor and ensure high quality level of BCS networks according to central standards
  • Develop consulting concept for BCS based on KPIs, data analysis and benchmarks
  • Establish and improve workshop consulting and consultant training processes
  • Manage franchisee evaluation, selection and certification and supervise franchisee performance
  • Support Business Development of the Network by bringing them new business opportunities
  • Marketing and Communication campaign planning

Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work autonomously, grow the business and establish effective relationships with customers.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Significant experience in leading a team, proven training skills and ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Ability to derive and explore the potential for Bosch Car Service concept, sell and the grow business while building strong relationships with customers
  • A systematic, analytical, and constructive approach to problem-solving
  • Deep understanding of local workshop landscape and franchise business is essential
  • Experienced in analysing financial reports and determining actions to improve results
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, management, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence and is a great listener
  • Ability to develop, deliver and display brand integrity
  • Results orientated is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Hold a current and valid driver’s license
