A bit about your role
In your new role as the National Field Safety and Wellbeing Lead, you will work across relevant internal and external stakeholder groups as well as into the greater Field team, providing S&W leadership excellence and subject matter expertise.
The role will collaborate and support Field Services management and staff in developing, implementing and maintaining the Field S&W Framework that drives a S&W Aware culture and mitigates the risks of injury or harm to all staff through the implementation of effective controls. The framework will cover S&W Policies, Procedures, Regulatory Compliance, Codes of Practice, Safe Work Method Statements and Work Instructions relevant to the Field Services environment.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, then you will possess a qualification in Workplace Health & Safety and ICAM lead investigator training along with experience in construction, building, utility services or similar high risk work environments. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a proven track record in a senior Safety & Wellbeing role in a matrix organisation. A strong understanding of WHS legislation including Safe Worth Method Statements, Risk Management and Contract Management is also essential to the role.
