Job Description
The National Field Execution Manager plays a key role in achieving company sales targets and category growth through maximising the efficiency of field resources.
Working closely with external partners to develop and implement a strong Route-to-Market strategy, this role will be responsible for key projects that are essential for improving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management of the retail merchandising provider/s .


  • Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the 3rd party model and collaborate with the commercial sales team to maximise commercial return .


  • Support the development of retail specific activation plans, including but not limited to NPD launches, range optimization and execution of shelf layouts, with timely communication and involvement of all stakeholders.


  • Lead and embed the "Perfect Store" principles within Australia and drive alignment to ANZ strategy .


  • Monitor store performance over time and provide briefings to third-party vendors that help shape how we go forward in future months and how we continuously improve our execution strategy.


  • Monitor the tracking of OFD performance metrics of the field team, ensuring ROI and ad herence to KH brand guidelines


  • Lead presentations to wider commercial functions to showcase impact the field execution teams are having on activation specific campaigns plus overall results.


About you:

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field (preferred)


  • 4 years category development and/or sales experience (FMCG preferred)


  • Field experience is strongly valued
  • Ability to set own priorities in line with business needs and work constructively within the team and on your own initiative
  • Ability to interpret data and derive recommendations which will drive volume
  • Well-developed presentation confidence and professionalism to deal with high profile internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills & ability to influence across all level s
  • A high level of initiative and solution focused creativity
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email
