A role for someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients get real value.
We’re looking for a National Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a
portfolio of automotive-related accounts. This isn’t a cold sales role, it’s about building trusted relationships, understanding your clients’ world, and helping them get the most out of our products and offerings.
You’ll be working across our Chargefox and Assist offerings, partnering closely with OEMs, fleets and industry players, and collaborating internally with teams across operations, product, customer service and finance.
What your days might look like
You’ll spend your time managing and supporting your portfolio of accounts, staying close to your clients, keeping renewals on track, and making sure they’re getting value from our products.
This includes regular client check-ins, responding to queries, and working through any billing, operational or technical issues that arise. You’ll also look for opportunities to increase product usage across Chargefox and Assist where it makes sense for the client.
Internally, you’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Product and our Tech teams to coordinate outcomes and keep things moving. It’s a varied role that balances relationship management, problem-solving and commercial thinking, with a strong focus on delivering a great client experience.
What you’ll be doing
Owning and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts
Managing renewals and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Identifying opportunities to increase product usage across Chargefox and Assist
Supporting clients with queries. From billing through to operational or technical questions
Spotting opportunities for new business and partnering with the BD team where appropriate
Tracking and delivering against key metrics including revenue, margin, product penetration and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and building long-term relationships. You’re naturally curious, commercially aware, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you’re comfortable getting into the detail and learning how things work so you can confidently support your clients.
You’ll bring
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
A consultative, account-growth mindset (this is more about nurturing than hunting)
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders
Resilience and adaptability, especially in a fast-moving environment
Exposure to the automotive industry (fleets, suppliers, aftersales) is highly regarded
OEM experience can be relevant, depending on the type of exposure
Mandarin language skills are a bonus, but not essential
If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and being the person clients rely on, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can really make an impact.
