About the role:

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our Consumer DivisionThis role will see you focused on building and maintaining trusted Relationships with both our Customers and Vendor partners.  Responsible for managing all day-to-day Account Management functions, to assist with growing your product and Category portfolio within each unique Retailer Business. 

Role responsibilities

  • Management of Sales Targets and Weekly Sales Forecasting.

  • Engaging with all Internal stakeholders to drive towards successful customer outcomes

  • Analyse key customer metrics to drive growth.

  • Managing, developing and growing your assigned Customers within your Region

  • Developing strong and trusted business relationships with Ingram Micro's Customer and Vendor Partners

  • Develop a fast understanding of what metrics drive each unique retailer's behaviour to ensure we are tailoring our offer to what suits their Business Model

  • Achieve the Revenue & Gross Margin targets set each month by the business

  • Assist with the execution of customer trading terms

  • Pro-active National Account Management, working with the Customer to achieve their goals and metrics, along with focusing on Ingram Micro's goals at the same time.

  • Building relationships with New Vendors being onboarded to find opportunities within your Customer segment

  • Developing Quarterly Business plans to ensure we remain committed to growth in the region, aligned with maintaining focus on Ingram Micro's financial goals.

Role requirements

  • A strategic thinking mindset – forward thinking, strong influencing skills, and commercially sharp.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience in Account Management within the Consumer space.

  • Confidence working across multiple Customers and Vendors with strong organisational skills.

  • Solid understanding of financial and sales metrics.

  • A willingness to continue to grow and develop your own skill set amongst multiple Customer segments
