DXC is seeking a proactive Motor Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of motor claims for major brokered and corporate clients across Australia. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will take ownership of claims from lodgement through to resolution, delivering exceptional service and strong financial outcomes.
 

Be part of a collaborative team, working with national and international clients, where your expertise contributes to real results and business growth.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage motor claims end-to-end, liaising with clients, insurers, and service providers

  • Investigate claims, assess liability, and negotiate settlements

  • Interpret policy wordings and drive successful recovery outcomes

  • Support clients and brokers through reporting, insights, and claims reviews

  • Identify risks, mitigate costs, and contribute to continuous improvement
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ motor or recovery claims experience

  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to influence outcomes

  • Highly organised, resilient, and proactive
