We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Bunnings team.

You’ll contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day support that keeps our tech humming. Expect to:
- Driving the performance, reliability, and security of workplace applications and endpoints.
- Managing lifecycle planning for operating systems, firmware, and applications.
- Collaborating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to optimise processes.
- Implementing robust security and compliance measures across devices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to keep our teams moving.
- Supporting automation and scripting initiatives to streamline operations.

About You
You’re someone who loves problem-solving and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language. Our team values curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. If you enjoy working across diverse technologies and want to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth culture, you’ll fit right in.
What you'll need
- Solid experience in endpoint and modern workplace management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Android, and iOS environments.
- Familiarity with virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud integration.
- Skilled with administrating M365 Suite Apps and MS Teams.
- Experience with software packaging and deployment suites.
- Skills in automation and scripting.
- Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- A degree in technology or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years in IT.
- Experience with MS Copilot, Viva Engage, SSO (Entra) on Android and Windows (desired)
