The Opportunity:

KBR Australia are looking for a passionate and experienced Mobility Advisor to join our dynamic People team. In this exciting role, you’ll lead the delivery of domestic and international mobility operations, while working alongside our US-based Global Mobility team to drive strategic initiatives and deliver excellent employee experiences.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and adaptable mobility professional with a passion for supporting people on the move. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and are confident working with stakeholders at all levels. With strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, you ensure compliance while delivering a smooth and positive mobility experience.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity and can be based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to advisor for all things mobility - from pre-assignment to repatriation.
  • Manage strong relationships with internal teams (People, Tax, Global Mobility) and external providers (including Immigration partners).
  • Design and refine local mobility processes, ensuring they align with global frameworks.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders to help shape sound mobility decisions across the business.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure compliance across our mobility lifecycle.
  • Lead and support mobility-related projects that make a difference.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a mobility or global mobility role.
  • A natural communicator – confident across written, verbal, and stakeholder engagement settings.
  • A commercially minded approach to problem-solving and planning.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Manage mobility projects – planning, organising, and delivering results.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in a standalone mobility role or with mobility tax compliance.
