Who we're looking for...

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll blend the fast-paced, high-volume approach of an SMB sales cycle with the consultative, multi-threaded strategies of mid-market engagements. You’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, demos, negotiations, and close—and strategically manage relationships with a diverse range of mid-sized clients. If you thrive on balancing velocity and complexity, excel at consultative selling, and are eager to help organizations transform their communication processes, this role is for you. While we'd love someone who can join us in Austin, Texas, we are open to hiring the right candidate remotely.
What you will do…

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle – From lead generation to close, manage mid-market opportunities with a strategic yet efficient approach.
  • Conduct Outreach – Combine high-volume tactics (calls, emails, video messages) with in-depth, consultative conversations for mid-sized deals.
  • Deliver Impactful Demos – Tailor product presentations to illustrate how BombBomb’s innovative video solutions address specific business challenges.
  • Drive Revenue – Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and activity metrics.
  • Forecast & Pipeline Management – Accurately track opportunities in Salesforce, maintaining disciplined pipeline visibility and updates.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Marketing for lead generation and Customer Success for seamless onboarding and retention.
  • Influence Multiple Stakeholders – Navigate mid-market organizations, engaging with managers and directors to build compelling ROI narratives.

  • Consultative Sales Approach – Adapt your style to uncover prospect pain points, propose ROI-driven solutions, and handle objections.
  • Data-Driven Execution – Leverage metrics and analytics to refine outreach tactics and identify the most impactful opportunities.
  • High-Velocity Mentality – Balance a higher volume of leads with strategic deal cycles, maintaining consistent pipeline growth.
  • Relationship Management – Build trust with key stakeholders by aligning BombBomb’s solutions with their specific business objectives.

Our ideal candidate will be or have…

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or tech environment, ideally serving mid-market clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a role blending transactional and consultative selling.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including video outreach.
  • Comfort engaging multiple decision-makers and navigating mid-sized organizations.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience and location)
  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000 (uncapped)

Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
