About the role
Looking for a role where your media expertise can truly shape something big? This is your chance to lead high-impact media integrations that connect brands, suppliers, and customers in meaningful ways.
As the Media Sponsorship Integration Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind bringing sponsorship programs to life across Bunnings marketing and retail media channels. Sitting within the broader Marketing team, you’ll connect the dots between suppliers, media teams, and marketing specialists to deliver campaigns that are not only cross-channel but high-impact and customer-focused.
This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, requiring strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of media integration.
What's involved
- Lead the development and execution of integrated sponsorship plans that amplify supplier brands and drive customer engagement.
- Work closely with our Hammer Media, Content & Social, and Marketing Channels teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure sponsorship activations are aligned.
- Activate campaigns through the coordination of timelines, creative briefs, and approvals to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
- Optimise performance and monitor campaign results, uncover insights, and refine future activations for even greater impact.
- Champion partnerships and integrations, being the go-to for suppliers and internal teams, building strong relationships and unlocking co-branded opportunities.
Who we're looking for
You’re a seasoned media professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring people together to make things happen. You’re naturally curious, love collaborating across teams, and always look for smarter ways to work. Creative thinking comes easily to you, and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo to get the best results.
You communicate clearly and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You care deeply about brand integrity and delivering great customer experiences, and you see every challenge as a chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
You'll need
- Demonstrated experience in media integration, sponsorship management, or brand partnerships (ideally 5 plus years).
- A solid background in retail marketing or working with FMCG suppliers/media agencies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Deep understanding of media planning, creative activation, and campaign performance metrics.
- Familiarity with consumer legislation, data governance, and brand compliance.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team are committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey. Be sure to let us know if you require an adjustment and we can provide the most appropriate support for you.
