We’re a team that’s ambitious, collaborative, and fast-growing, and we’re looking for a Marketplaces Advertising Manager to join our advertising team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in client relationships and campaign delivery.
You’ll work closely with Marketplaces Advertising team to manage the day-to-day running of client campaigns across Amazon and other marketplaces. You’ll have the opportunity to shape campaigns, guide reporting, and work directly with clients to bring strategies to life.

What you’ll be doing:
Execution of marketplace advertising channels, particularly Amazon Ads, eBay Ads & Amazon DSP across your allocated client sets
Completing client forecasts with responsibilities for KPIs
Implementing to ensure allocated clients are following best in class practices, not just including channel implementation but additional processes such as forecasting and budget management
Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs
Managing a team of junior strategists who carry out the implementation and account manage clients
Be involved in the account management of key clients
Actively stay up to date with new marketplace advertising content trends and platform updates
Assist in preparing & presenting new business proposals to showcase our strategic thinking, best practice approach and product offering
Working closely with the performance marketing team on project work, such as audits and strategies
What will I need to thrive in this role?
2+ years of Amazon Advertising implementation in an agency
1+ years of ecommerce implementation across off-platform Performance Marketing channels is a bonus
A background in developing relationships with both internal and client side stakeholders at various levels
Confidence in presenting new business opportunities
Advanced knowledge of key platforms: Amazon Ads, eBay Ads and DSPsExcellent attention to detail, communication skills
1 year + of line management experience
Experience pitching for new business
Experience with Google Docs/Drive & Analytics tools
