What you’ll do

We are looking for a passionate Marketplace Account Manager to join our Marketplace Team!

Reporting to the Marketplace Manager, this role is responsible for collaborating with internal and external support functions to manage a portfolio of existing sellers, successfully launch new sellers, drive performance KPI’s and develop strong and sustainable long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with the broader Marketplace team, internal support functions and 3rd party partners to develop and build one of the best Marketplace propositions
  • Develop strong and sustainable partnerships with local and multi-national sellers
  • Work closely with sellers to drive growth, overall performance and adherence to key KPIs
  • Work closely with the broader marketplace team to launch and monitor new sellers
  • Have input into the development, implementation and management of key strategic plans
  • Ensure that category and product specific promotional programs are developed and implemented with key sellers

Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate will be customer and quality focused, passionate about eCommerce and have working knowledge of online marketplaces, systems and processes.

They will have strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, be excited by challenges and adept at solving problems. Additionally, they will have a high attention to detail and able to work well in stressful situations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce/marketing/technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in eCommerce/Marketplace role
  • SAAS - Mirakl or related platform experience
  • Technical trouble shooting and problem solving
