Reporting to the Head of Martech,Data and Digital Optimisation this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation systems to optimise marketing campaigns, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth. Other accountabilities include ensuring the smooth operation, optimisation, and support of all platforms and services owned by the marketing team within Latitude.

- Deliver expert-level technical support across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), resolving issues and addressing user queries to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Utilise Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data from various sources, enabling real-time insights and activation across marketing channels.
- Design and optimise personalised, data-driven customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation (MCP), driving relevance and engagement across digital touch-points.
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to identify technology needs, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable, high-impact Martech solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging Martech trends and innovations, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance marketing strategies and platform capabilities.
- Support the configuration, enhancement, and day-to-day operation of SFMC components, including email campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows.
- Oversee the ongoing optimisation and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud and MCP, ensuring seamless data synchronisation, real-time activation, and alignment with evolving marketing needs.
- Establish and apply robust testing, experimentation, and optimisation practices to continually improve Martech performance and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and maintain reliable system connectivity across the Martech stack.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including platform configurations, integration processes, and solution design best practices, to support governance and scalability.
About you:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Brings hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation (MCP), with a proven ability to design and implement integrated Martech solutions.
- Has earned Salesforce certifications (such as Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant, or Data Cloud Certification) or is actively working toward them.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and real-time personalisation technologies.
- Possesses a sharp analytical mindset and a detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage complex Martech projects across multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Communicates technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment and consistently identifies opportunities for improvement, innovation, and automation.
- Is self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about staying at the forefront of Martech trends and capabilities.
