Your strong communication and collaboration skills will help the Therapy Area commercial teams to run their operations efficiently across Australia and New Zealand.
Role Responsibilities
  • Manage documentation workflows including contract processing, purchase orders, and invoice tracking via systems such as Ariba and internal compliance.
  • Coordinate team calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for internal and external meetings.
  • Help maintain accurate records of marketing materials, storage and distribution
  • Support budget tracking and reconciliation in collaboration with finance partners.
  • Ensure all Global Pfizer policies are complied with in accordance with the necessary internal compliance processes and maintain accurate documentation as required.
  • Liaise with vendors and agencies to coordinate logistics for events, campaigns, and educational programs.
  • Act as a liaison between the brand team and cross-functional partners including medical, regulatory, legal, and field force teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for administrative tasks carried out across the different Therapy Areas.
  • Facilitate resolution of difficult issues and problems that arise within scope of responsibilities.
  • Contribute ideas, fostering pace and enthusiasm, negotiating timely execution of work.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:
  • Outstanding IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Previous experience with Ariba procurement systems.
  • Planning and project management skills.
  • Prior experience as an administrative / marketing assistant.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment.
