We are looking for a new team member to join our rapidly growing global MarOps team and be the first team member in Sydney!
As a MarOps Manager, you will work closely with our APJ marketing leadership team and global Marketing Operations and Analytics group, playing an instrumental role for our marketing department in driving strategy and daily operations and impacting the business.
About The Role
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner for the APJ Marketing team.
- Work together with APJ Marketing leadership to craft GTM strategy and set targets and KPIs.
- Create the needed processes, ceremonies and data reports (SFDC, Hubspot, BI tools) for the APJ marketing team, lead data meetings and enable roadmap and KPIs monitoring.
- Own the field marketing events process daily operations.
- Identify operational and data gaps, gather needs and work to create short term and long term solutions with relevant stakeholders in APJ and HQ.
- Act as a connector between marketing ops & analytics, the entire marketing department, the APJ Marketing team and the RevOps team.
- Be the go-to person for operational and data needs of the APJ marketing team.
- Promote alignment between marketing and sales in your region.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations roles in a B2B/SAAS company, martech specialist, business ops working closely with marketing
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot/marketing automation platforms (marketo, pardot), Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau/power bi/data visualization, SQL (an advantage).
- Proven experience in building processes for complex operations.
- Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Travel to HQ in Israel is required at least 2 times per year (when security situation permits it)
