About the Role: We're looking for a marketing professional to support our Work Dynamics business in Australia and New Zealand. You'll work with our Marketing Director to execute campaigns that drive business growth and strengthen JLL's market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign management: Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for Work Dynamics services ( facilities management, workplace strategy and Project & Development Services)
- Content marketing: Create and manage content for digital marketing, social media, and client communications
- Events and Sponsorships: Manage events and sponsorship opportunities
- Media and PR: Work with the Comms team on PR Opportunities and promotion
- Brand management: Develop marketing materials and collateral aligned with JLL brand guidelines
- Project management: Manage project files, budgets and schedules.
- Internal and external teams:
- Partner with internal teams and agencies on campaign delivery and projects
- Coordinate with Creative Services teams on material production
- Measurement & ROI: Track and report on marketing performance metrics
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing campaigns, preferably at multinational companies
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with various stakeholders
- Flexible approach with willingness to work across time zones
- Experience in matrix organizations preferred
