Reporting to the National Marketing Manager - Consumer, we have an exciting 1 year limited tenure opportunity for a commercially driven Marketer to lead the marketing strategy and execution of our Oly brand under our Group Remuneration Services division.
This is the perfect role for if you love a fast pace and exciting energy – as we were first to market in offering Novated Leasing direct to consumer. You will thrive on owning and driving outcomes.
Working closely with our Oly Partnership team and Senior Management, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the integrated B2C and B2B marketing and communications strategy that meets the goals for Oly.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Oly marketing budget
- Execute the Oly marketing plan in line with the broader business strategy and predefined commercial objectives
- Continue to roll out the Oly brand identity and CVP across all channels and act as a brand steward to drive preference and build equity
- Coordinate the optimisation of a new website as well as modifications to digital platforms
- Manage external agencies to develop creative and media campaigns across all channels
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify problems and create objectives to be achieved through the application of B2C and B2B marketing strategies (e.g. improve customer experience, improve engagement, generate leads and increase revenue)
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert; providing advice to the Oly stakeholders on campaign activities and approaches appropriate for their market/customers
- Establish campaign KPIs and benchmarks for all marketing activities to optimise performance against
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, championing the customer’s needs and pushing for continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Ensure compliance in all marketing to Oly branding, communication, client contracts, security standards, data protection and legislative requirements such as Financial, Privacy, SPAM and ACCC
- Foster a culture of excellence and fun that delivers a highly capable, engaged and agile environment
- Develop the FY27 marketing plan
You will bring:
- Bachelors’ degree level qualifications in a digital, marketing or business related discipline
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of delivering results
- Proven ability to utilise marketing analytics when planning and executing campaigns to deliver on leads, sales and conversion rate targets
- Technical expertise in digital marketing execution, specifically in email, social, and website
- Experience with managing the production of above the line campaigns and working with a media agency to execute a targeted media plan in line with the broader business strategy
- Solid engagement, communications, and project management skills, including management of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing and enforcing branding standards and practices
- Comfortable to contribute to new partnership pitch decks and present in person on behalf of Marketing
- A track record of budget management
- Microsoft Dynamics, Marketing Module and/or Adobe marketing stack experience is highly desirable
