Job Description

The Marketing Manager – Managed Accounts reports to the Senior Marketing Manager – Australia Country Marketing. This strategic B2B role owns and drives the marketing strategy for SEEK's large enterprise customers managed by our Sales teams, including Corporate, Recruiter, Healthcare and Government segments. You'll lead integrated marketing initiatives to achieve growth, acquisition and retention goals while building strong cross-functional partnerships.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive segment marketing strategies for managed account customers, incorporating market insights, competitive intelligence and customer research to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Build productive relationships with Sales, Customer Service and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and jointly developing segment-specific thought-leadership content and communications
  • Program Management: Lead end-to-end marketing programs across all managed account sub-segments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver initiatives that support customer and commercial opportunities.
  • Product & Content Strategy: Partner with Product Marketing to localize propositions and launches, while curating compelling content for customer events including industry insights, product demonstrations and employment trend data
  • Market Intelligence: Translate customer insights, competitive analysis and market research into actionable marketing strategies and tactical recommendations that address specific customer needs and pain points
  • Innovation & Growth: Identify emerging trends and new engagement approaches to keep SEEK ahead of competitors while evolving our brand positioning with enterprise customers
  • Performance Management: Develop competitive response plans and provide regular reporting with actionable commentary on marketing initiative performance and ROI

The team

You'll join the Australian Country Marketing team within the broader ANZ Country Marketing function. Our 14-person team drives integrated marketing strategies against commercial objectives and develops localized marketing initiatives that serve customer needs across Australia and New Zealand. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Creative teams.

Qualifications

  • Extensive B2B marketing experience with demonstrated strategic leadership and marketing qualification 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated segment marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building relationships across Sales, Customer Success and senior leadership teams 
  • Exceptional project management abilities, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focus and adapting plans based on business needs 
  • Strategic thinking combined with execution excellence - able to translate market insights into actionable marketing initiatives 
  • Creative problem-solving skills with ability to challenge conventional thinking and deliver innovative solutions for complex customer challenges 
  • Experience and knowledge in key B2B channels including CRM, content, lead generation and account based marketing
