About the Role

The Marketing Innovation Manager is a pivotal role that combines the responsibilities of developing and enhancing marketing capabilities within the organisation while leading market digital data strategies. This position involves managing a team of omnichannel marketing professionals to ensure the effective execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives and campaigns.

You will:

  • Develop and implement marketing capability strategies to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing capabilities with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the marketing team, and develop training programs and resources to close those gaps, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring the team is continuously learning and evolving.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead strategic data partnership strategy with various global or local eCommerce platforms, Data vendors and Technology partners, managing costs across campaigns.
  • Design, develop, and deploy KPI goals and dashboards to increase efficiency and improve the effectiveness of digital media spend across all brands.

About you?

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of leadership, capability development, and digital transformation.

You’ll also have;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Science.
  • Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and marketing analytics.
  • Proven track record of developing and enhancing marketing capabilities within an organisation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with econometric modelling (i.e., Multi-Touch Attribution, A/B Testing, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
