Your role

You'll be a part of our Marketing and Client Services team, ideally based in Melbourne or Sydney, and help drive smarter engagement, digital delivery, and marketing effectiveness across the firm.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work across four key areas - analytics and reporting, digital delivery, data governance, and continuous improvement; to ensure our marketing data is accurate, accessible, and meaningful. Your work will empower stakeholders to make informed, data-led decisions and build trust in our marketing data ecosystem.
As a Marketing Data Analyst in our Marketing and Client Services team you will:
Support reporting across platforms such as InterAction, Marketo, Power BI, and GA4. Help stakeholders explore trends, inform targeting, and surface insights aligned with their goals.
Assist with building insights content, reporting on content performance, and conducting behavioural analytics and UX observations.
Contribute to data quality processes, segmentation and tagging, and support testing and refinement of data pipelines across systems.
Stay up to date with marketing analytics trends and explore opportunities to enhance reporting tools, data integration, and automation.
Leverage AI to analyse and interpret data, driving innovative solutions and informed decision-making.

About you
You will have:
2–4 years in analytics or reporting roles, ideally in marketing, client engagement, or digital environments.
Curiosity and analytical skills — proactively explores data, asks thoughtful questions and use AI to connect dots across systems to uncover meaningful insights.
High attention to detail — produces accurate work, spots data anomalies, and maintains quality in reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences and tailor messages for different stakeholder groups.
Adaptability and self-direction — comfortable learning new tools and adjusting to evolving business priorities, platforms, and reporting needs.
